From Plymouth: (Head West)
1. Follow the A38 across the River Tamar into Cornwall. Go through the villages of Landrake, Tideford and Trerulefoot.
2. At the Trerulefoot roundabout follow the road to the right in the direction of Liskeard.
3. A Shell Petrol station and the "Route 38 Café" are on the left hand side as you leave the roundabout.
4. Take the next turning on the right (approx. 200 yards after the roundabout) signposted for Menheniot and Bethany.
5. Follow the road for approx. 3/4 mile and take the second turning on the left.
6. Follow the lane down to Penewin Stables.
From Liskeard: (Head East)
1. Follow the A38 towards Plymouth.
2. After approx. 6 miles take the turning signposted Bethany on the left. (If you get to the Trerulefoot roundabout then you've gone too far. Follow the instructions from Plymouth).
3. Go past Polyne Garage.
4. Turn left at the next junction and then take the first turning on the left to Penewin Stables.
